As specialists in corporate law, we offer hands on and pragmatic advice and are able to take a clear position regarding the matters submitted to us. We do so based on unique experience in transactions and disputes. Our people have a strong character and a clear vision.
What we do
We focus exclusively on corporate law, and M&A and litigation in particular. Our transaction practice covers public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital. In all these subfields, we know both sides of the table. We work for entrepreneurs/founders and (institutional) buyers/investors. Our litigation practice covers commercial and corporate litigation, in mediation, arbitration and in court.
Work with us
Our office is constantly in development; this means that we are open to associate lawyers and trainee lawyers. Not simply lawyers but preferably people with a strong character and a personal approach.
